Refund Policy

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, complete, and in original packaging with tags, manuals, accessories, and invoice where applicable.

Return eligibility can differ by product category. Product pages, offer terms, and checkout disclosures may specify stricter conditions for certain items.

Products may be non-returnable if marked final sale, custom-made, hygiene-sensitive, consumable, damaged after delivery, missing parts, used beyond inspection, or restricted by law or supplier terms.

We may reject returns that appear fraudulent, abusive, swapped, altered, or inconsistent with the delivered item.

Report damaged, defective, missing, or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the package and product. We may offer replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on stock and inspection outcome.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection. Bank, card, UPI, wallet, or payment gateway processing may take additional time.

Where permitted by law, shipping, cash handling, payment gateway, return pickup, or damage costs may be deducted for ineligible, refused, or customer-caused returns.
